If you work in the HVAC industry, you are likely to know other good candidates looking for a new job, or jobs in good companies. We have jobs in Chilled beams, Specification Sales Jobs, Air Conditioning Jobs, Refrigeration Jobs, Air Handling Jobs, and Heating, Ventilation and BMS Jobs. If you would like to use your network to earn a little cash, then:

• We will pay you £350 for each candidate introduced by you and placed in a vacancy by us. There is no limit on the amount of referrals you can make. And after three successful candidate referrals we will give you an additional bonus of £1000. 
• We will pay you £350 for each vacancy introduced by you where we make a successful placement. There is no limit on the amount of referrals you can make.
• In each of the above cases, payment is made 12 weeks after the placement and when we've received the money from the company.
