Work place performance is one of the best predictors of future performance.High Performers have been given a ranking of 4 or 5 out of 5 based on their work place performance which has been corroborated by references from at least two previous employers.
A five point grading system is used meaning a candidate rated as 4 is within the top 30% of their peer group and a candidate rated as 5 is within the top 10% of their peer group.
