Thornhvac provide sales, marketing, technical and engineering staff in each of the main sectors of the HVAC industry, covering: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and BMS. We cover graduate to senior management roles on a contingency or retained basis.
We select candidates who are suited to a role based on their performance in the role as well as their experience and skills. Our skills are based on twenty years of experience in consultancy and recruitment including some major pieces of research into performance at work.
We know that work history is the best predictor of performance. So after we have uncovered the performance record of HVAC candidates at interview we check it with two previous employers.
That way you get less CVs to look through and more successful placements.
With our background in high performer research we have made a speciality of identifying HVAC high performers who are looking for a new challenge and making them available for you to meet.
Of course high performers don't stay on the market for long. Because they are more profitable than average performers, particularly in a recession, their existing employers try to tempt to stay and prospective new employers soon snap them up. So at any one time we only have a few who are available.
