A leading M&E contractor is closing in on several new prestigious contracts and will be looking to recruit the services of a Project Manager to control the works on sites in the Hampshire/Surrey area.

 

Our client seeks experience within controlling all M&E and associated services packages, with engineering assistance on either electrical or mechanical provided pending your background.

 

The role will include successfully handling a programme of works in conjunction with the main contractor and client, managing the services project team and appointed sub-contractors to work in line with site conditions and health and safety.

You will have P&L responsibility and ultimately be accountable to bring the project in on time and to budget.

 

Candidates coming from a commercial building services background are preferred and any experience of working within the defence sector is of benefit.
