What range of basic salary are you offering depending on experience, i.e. what would you pay a top candidate? What commission or bonus would be paid for achieving target, i.e On Target Earnings (OTE). What benefits do you offer, e.g. pension, healthcare, car, home office set up, life insurance.
Where is the company based and where will the candidate work and need to live? If they spend part of the time in the field and part in the office what is the approx. percentage for each.
