Air Conditioning Project Engineer, Manchester, basic to £50k+car

THE ROLE
* Taking projects from order, working closely with your client on commercial A/C contracts from small works up to c£500k.
* Creating a programme of works, ordering materials and assigning labour.
* Attend pre-start meetings as required.
* Ensure RAMS and health and safety documentation are in place.
* Manage installations to include regular site visits & quality checks.
* Take projects to successful handover and completion, with O&M manuals.
* Additional responsibilities to include design, quotations, financial management of contracts and supporting sales will follow as your role develops. 

THE PERSON
* You'll come from an air conditioning background and be technically strong in VRF, splits plus some understanding of MVHR, ductwork & ventilation.
* You could be an existing projects engineer, an installation lead engineer or supervisor or from the office in estimating, design or pre-sales.
* Strong communication skills plus able to manage digital records, with regular usage of MS Office and in particular excel.
* Full driving licence required, as you'll be visiting sites on a regular basis.
* Qualified in air conditioning and with site certificates are useful but not essential.

THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to approx £50k with car, healthcare.
Bonus opportunities related to new customer projects completed.

THE LOCATION
You'll be based around the Manchester area, with the ability to work from home.
