Area Sales Manager in the North West required!Basic to c£52k+car/allowance + bonus
Air Conditioning and HVAC products
THE ROLE
* Calling on a range of customers in your designated area around the North West to include Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding towns.
* Account Management of a number of trading clients and development of new via office and site visits, remote calls and targeted marketing.
* A/C and M&E contractor biased, whilst liaising with certain consultants to gain specification as required.
* Advising customers on a range of products, biased towards VRF/split units but will also include additional cooling equipment.
* Liaising with head office to produce technical information, quotes and delivery information for customer projects.
THE PERSON
* A background in Air Conditioning and/or cooling products is required.
* Proven track record in sales is preferred, however those with a technical background and keen to move into sales will also be considered.
* Knowledge of the A/C and mechanical contractors in the area preferred.
* Excellent communication skills necessary to manage an existing client base and ability to develop and nurture new customers as required.
* Full driving licence required.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to approx c£52k, with car or car allowance, bonus around c£15k plus excellent benefits package.
THE LOCATION
Home based role, where you'll ideally be based on patch to visit customers as required.
Suitable areas include: Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Preston, Blackpool.
