Contracts Manager role, Blackpool based, salary approx c£50k

THE ROLE
* Overseeing and mentor a small team to deliver installations, service and commissioning of engineering equipment.
* Review of contracts with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors & ensure they're in line with company policy.
* Develop internal contracts strategies, reporting systems, plus enhance delivery and operational procedures for engineering teams.
* Put together a planning and scheduling system as the service offering develops, enhancing UK sub-contract engineering partners.
* Monitor project performance against programme, budget, quality and contractual requirements.

THE PERSON
* We're seeking a commercially-minded service or contracts manager within the engineering and construction field.
* Ability to manage contract agreements with customers and suppliers.
* Experience of managing a small team.

THE PACKAGE
A basic salary of approx c£50k. 
Bonus approx £2k
25 days holiday. 
Potential to work your hours Monday-Thursday, with Friday off.

THE LOCATION
Based in the Blackpool office, with easy access off the M55.
You'll ideally be based within a nearby commute.
