Job description
On-site HVAC Manager on major data centre projects.Basic to approx €70k plus car allowance and great company benefits.
Based Amsterdam initially with European travel

THE ROLE
* On-site supervision on a data centre, overseeing the successful installation of HVAC equipment to include CRAC, CRAH and fan wall units.
* Work closely with the companies' Project Manager and the client on-site, to ensure the programme of works is being completed, labour and sub-contractors are assigned and health and safety checks are completed.
* Working with the commissioning engineers once equipment is installed.
* Quality checks and working through snagging lists.
* Ongoing reporting of job progress up to successful completion.
THE PERSON
* This role would suit a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or experienced commissioning engineer in HVAC systems.
* Experience working on data centres is an advantage but not essential.
* Understanding of cooling equipment, to include chilled water so you can understand the technology you'll be working on.
* You'll be happy travelling & working away. Whilst this role will include projects in Amsterdam, you'll also work in the likes of Spain, Norway, Finland, Germany.
* Good knowledge of English, both speaking and writing.
* Site qualifications to be on-site (typically SMSTS).
* EU citizen & passport holder.
THE PACKAGE
Basic salary in the c€60-70k bracket.
Fully expensed to include car/allowance.
All travel, flights, hotels/accommodation & meals paid for.
THE LOCATION
You'll be based near to Amsterdam for several projects but also be expected to travel to other European cities such in Spain, Germany, Finland, Norway, France.
