Leading Engineering/Building Services company are seeking a HVAC Engineer (office based), to provide assistance to internal & external customers.

Based in their office near Dudley, this is a great opportunity for Service/Commissioning Engineers who are looking for a static role, or somebody with good technical knowledge of commercial ventilation & heating products.

THE ROLE - HVAC ENGINEER (office based)

*Liaising with the R&D department on product issues, and to provide them with customer feedback. 
*Providing technical assistance to external customers over the phone and by email. 
*Dealing with a range of technical issues to include: installation problems, guidance on individual parts, wiring issues, programming controllers etc.    
*Assisting with technical documentation & written manuals - both with new products, and product updates. 

THE PERSON - HVAC ENGINEER (office based)

Essential 

*IT literacy 
*Excellent communication skills, with a focus for customer service. 
*Electrical qualifications/experience. Ideally, this will be in the form of a BTEC or C&G. 

Desirable 

*Experience with AutoCAD or InDesign would be a distinct advantage. 
*Previous HVAC experience would be advantageous. 

THE PACKAGE - HVAC ENGINEER (office based)

Negotiable salary dependent on experience, with additional company benefits to include 26 days holiday ( + Bank Holidays), contributory pension scheme after qualifying period.

Based in their offices near Dudley. Relevant locations include: Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kidderminster, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
