Specification Sales Manager required for the New Build sector by a leading heating company in the North London and Home Counties areas.

They have been setting the standards for the heating industry for over 135 years and are proud of their reputation for producing revolutionary domestic heating products that are manufactured to the highest standards possible
The role of the Specification Sales Manager is to gain specification for their domestic heating product ranges that are suitable for a domestic build. Calling into House Builders from small independents to national builders such as Taylor Wimpey, Barratts, Persimmons etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the New Build Specification Sector and already be calling on these customers. They will have a good knowledge of the domestic heating market and an excellent proven sales track record. Candidates that have a good relationship with the right customer base or an excellent understanding of the domestic heating market, especially domestic boilers will be consider but they would need to have very strong sales background.
You will be expected do between 3 – 5 calls a day with time allowed to cover admin duties.
This is a new sector within the company that has been growing from year to year since it was establish in 2013. There are high expectations for this sector to continue to grow so a hunter is required. You will be expected to bring on new accounts and increase the turnover of your area.

- Good IT Skills
- Good Communicator (Dealing with MD’s through to QS’s)
- Excellent admin skills as a monthly report is required along with a daily CRM update
- Successful sales track record
- Knowledge of either customer base or product
Salary up to £44000 depending on experience
Bonus £10K based on performance
Home Office Equipment
25 Days Holiday + BH’s.
