Our head office is in Leeds and we are a well-established family-run firm dealing mainly with manufacturers in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sectors (HVAC). We provide sales, management and technical staff across the UK.
We are in the process of launching a new IT recruitment division called Thorn IT Recruitment. Clients and candidates can expect the same effectiveness and integrity that we have become known for.
Our consultancy approach puts client needs and customer service at the heart of everything we do. About 50% of our jobs are on an exclusive or search basis.
As a recruiter with Thornhvac or ThornIT, you will be encouraged to set your own goals and targets according to what you want to earn.
We will provide you with a friendly and supportive team and outstanding systems and processes to help you do your job well. We have invested in industry leading training and cloud-based recruitment software and communications. This means you can work as effectively from home as from the office or anywhere you can access the internet.
Ideally you will be based within a couple of hours from Leeds so that we can come together as a team once a month. You can of course come in more often if you prefer. Our offices are located just off the M1 motorway in beautiful open countryside with plenty of free parking.
