​Rob has over 15 years’ recruitment experience, working within the M&E engineering, construction and FM markets. He joined Thornhvac in 2011 and looks after Design and Technical roles right across the HVAC and Renewables sector. A specialist recruiter within the HVAC sector he works with leading manufacturers, distributors and contractors throughout the UK & overseas. Rob also helps to manage the business with his valuable experience. Rob is married with a young son, is a keen (armchair) sports fan and follows his beloved Kidderminster Harriers through thin and thinner times.

Scroll down for my jobs......Jason joined the family business in 2002 and recruits on behalf of the Commercial HVAC and Renewables sectors. He heads up our Leeds office and recruits specifically for sales roles. He has extensive experience in the HVAC sector and works closely with leading manufacturers, contractors and distributors across the UK. ​

Helen helped set up Thornhvac and worked alongside James Thornhill on the ventilation sector. She is also responsible for the administrative running of the business. 

James Thornhill helped set up Thornhvac in 2000 and worked extensively in the Ventilation sector. James now focuses on special projects in the business such as training and staff recruitment. Spare time is usually taken up with walking in the Derbyshire hills or spending time with their growing band of grandchildren.

Jack joined the team in 2022, having previously worked in sales jobs in the property sector.Jack is focused on helping manufacturers and contractors find top quality Service and Technical Engineers across the HVAC and Renewables sector. In his time off, Jack has a young family and leads his cricket team to glory at the weekends.
