Job description
Area Sales Manager required to join a well established HVAC manufacturer.Midlands based, salary up to £55k + car/allowance + open ended bonus.
Selling Air Handling solutions.
THE ROLE:
* Calling on M&E consultants to gain specification and following up on projects with the M&E contractors to gain orders.
* Mix of account management and new business, with some strong spending customers already buying in the region.
* A mix of site/office visits, video calls and via phone to liaise with your customers.
* Role will include following up project enquiries, surveys, equipment selections and quotations, through to negotiation and order stage.
THE PERSON
* Predominantly working on Air Handling Unit projects, therefore an understanding of AHU and air movement equipment is beneficial.
* Also considered will be Area Sales Managers, Sales Engineers or Business Development Managers in other cooling disciplines such as Air Conditioning.
* Ability to be home based and flexible to travel around your patch as required.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to c£55k.
Car or Car Allowance.
Open-ended bonus and commission scheme.

THE LOCATION
Ideally you'll live on patch in either the West or East Midlands.
Areas include: Birmingham, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stoke, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Coventry.
