Area Sales Manager required for a fast growing Air Conditioning Company in Southampton or Portsmouth. Basic to £55K, bonus £10K + Opt out.Benefits of Company.
This is fast growing company with strong presence with a number of different avenues for progression.
Their customer service is second to none.
They pride themselves on being able to offer a wide variety of air conditioning, heat pump and refrigeration equipment to Air Conditioning Contractors.
There are a number of different people that can offer you support to assist in your training.
The Role
This is a face paced, exciting role where you'll be selling Air Conditioning and Refrigeration products to Air Conditioning Contractors and Installers.
Most of the customers are known to this company so it will be a case of introducing yourself and then establishing what products the customer wants and pricing for it. Once the pricing has been done, it will be a case of following up to win the order.
There is help from the office to do all the quotes.
There will be leads given to you from a number of sources.
The Person
Essential experience:
A good sales track record - however Internal Sales people or Porject Manager, or Estimators will also be considered if they have a good knowledge of the products and customers.
A dynamic and proactive approach to work
Experience of building and maintaining relationships.
Heat pump and air conditioning knowledge
Air Conditioning installer knowledge

Basic to £55K depending on experience
Bonus to £10K - potentially more depending on performance. Top rep earning over £25K in bonus
