BMS Estimator, Manchester.
Basic up to approx c£55k

THE ROLE
* Assessing specifications and projects.
* Putting together solutions and proposals, product selections and quotes.
* Liaising with M&E consultants and contractors, offering technical advise & commercial support. 
* Be the internal 'go-to' to support a dedicated Sales Manager and other internal staff within the group.
* Scope to develop your role into a lead and managerial position as the division grows in numbers.

THE PERSON
* Strong working technical knowledge of BMS and controls packages.
* Ideally office experience gained in estimating and applications engineering.
* Excellent communications skills required to liaise with customers and internal staff.

THE PACKAGE
Basic salary up to approx c£55k with full company benefits and 25 days holiday.

THE LOCATION
Based in the office on the outskirts of Manchester, with some home working offered. Travel to customer sites & other regional offices may also be expected.
