THE ROLE
* Assessing specifications and projects.
* Putting together solutions and proposals, product selections and quotes.
* Liaising with M&E consultants and contractors, advising them on technical BMS issues.
* Be the internal 'go-to' to support internal staff.
THE PERSON
* Strong working technical knowledge of BMS and controls packages.
* Ideally office experience gained in estimating and applications engineering.
* Excellent communications skills required to liaise with customers and internal staff.
THE PACKAGE
Basic salary up to approx c£55k with full company benefits and 25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
Based in Birmingham.
