Heating Product Manager required.Basic to £50k + car/allowance + bonus
Based Telford
THE COMPANY/BENEFITS
* Be part of a major HVAC group
* High investment and R&D, bringing through new products on a regular basis.
THE ROLE
* Taking ownership of new products, plus alterations to existing ranges.
* Undertaking market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure products are in line with industry standards.
* Liaising with internal/external teams and customers to gain insight and product information.
* Liaising with R&D and production teams through design, testing and development.
* Working with marketing and sales to ensure technical documentation and product information are in place for successful launch.
* Commercial management of projects to include pricing strategies, budgeting and financial reporting.
* Ongoing communication post-launch to ensure further product performance.
THE PERSON
* We're seeking a strong working knowledge of boilers and heating systems.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and be able to communicate strongly with internal and external partners.
* Good IT skills.
* This role could be suit a current or previous product manager, marketing executive, sales engineer, estimator or project engineer keen to move into product management.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to approx c£50k
Excellent benefits package to include 25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
Based out of the office in Shropshire, with a day a week offered to work from home.
