Sales Assistant based in Leeds.Basic to £28k+bonus
Seeking an HVAC engineering background
THE ROLE
Working in a busy wholesale environment, you'll be dealing with customer enquiries on a day-day basis. This can include:
* Mix of telephone, email and trade counter enquiries.
* Providing quotations for customer projects.
* Following up enquiries, calling prospect customers and supporting internal marketing campaigns.
* Advising clients on equipment and providing technical support.
* Ensuring appropriate stock levels within the branch and providing updates on logistics and deliveries.
* Supporting field sales engineers with information.
THE PERSON
* Ideally seeking a background in engineering and/or construction wholesale or merchant.
* Any knowledge of heating, ventilation or air conditioning preferred but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with confident IT skills to log information accordingly.
* Experience could include counter sales, internal sales, sales support, branch assistant, sales executive.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to approx £28k plus bonus.
Full benefits package including 25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
Based in the branch in Leeds, approx 1 mile to the South/West of the city centre.
Applicants will ideally be within 1/2 hour commute of the branch.
