Recruitment Resourcer with good telephone skills
Office based near (Garforth) with flexible working available once trained.
Basic to £26K+commission. OTE 1st year £30k
Opportunity to develop to become a recruiter and earn OTE £60k - £70k.

THE COMPANY & LOCATION – Recruitment Resourcer
    • Thornhvac is a well-established niche recruitment consultancy, dealing mainly with sales and technical roles in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and renewables manufacturers (HVAC).

THE ROLE – Recruitment Resourcer

You’ll be assisting experienced recruiters, working as a ‘candidate researcher’ with the following roles:
    • Identifying candidates for jobs and to add to the database through targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Searching for candidates on job board databases and linkedin and contacting via phone & email.
    • Calling & interviewing potential applicants and matching to current vacancies
    • Writing Job Descriptions, Job Adverts and preparing candidates for interviews.
    • Gathering market intelligence
    • Arranging interviews and assisting the recruiter through the full recruitment process.
Should you wish, you also have the opportunity to develop into a fully trained recruiter and manage your own clients and candidates in your own niche sector.

    • You should enjoy networking and be confident speaking to people over the phone and face to face.
    • You will need an investigative mindset in your search for candidates.
    • You should be hard working, persuasive and resilient.
    • Good written, telephone and verbal communication skills in English.
    • IT literate and comfortable using databases on a day-day basis.
    • A basic salary of £26k, with a fantastic open-ended commission structure.
