• • Conducting structured marketing campaigns and research to map talent pools and add them to our database.
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through our own substantial database, job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Coordinating with other resourcing team members including those overseas to meeting clients’ priorities.
  • Contacting and screening applicants via phone & email.
  • Arranging interviews and assisting the recruiter through the full recruitment process.

• • Thornhvac is a well-established niche recruitment consultancy, dealing mainly with sales and technical roles in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and renewables manufacturers (HVAC).

• • You need to have empathy and be confident speaking to people over the phone.
  • Ideally you will have demonstrated your people skills in sales or outbound telephone sales.
  • You will need an investigative mindset in your search for candidates.
  • You should be hard working, persuasive and resilient.
  • Good written, telephone and verbal communication skills in English.
  • IT literate and comfortable using databases on a day-day basis.

• • A basic salary of up to £30k, depending on experience with an OTE bonus scheme of £36K.
