Looking for a broad, award-winning portfolio of renewables and traditional heating products to sell? This job could be perfect. We're looking for an Area Sales Manager for one of the premier HVAC companies in the UK. Covering the London area. Basic to £58K, commission to £12K. 

THE COMPANY
This company have a formidable reputation for providing top quality solutions in the commercial marketplace. Their lineup also includes commercial heat pumps. Furthermore, their breadth and depth of product range is unbeatable. 

THE ROLE
As an Area Sales Manager you'll be calling on M&E Consultants and M&E Contractors to specify the product, including heat pumps, and follow up the order to close the deal. The split between consultants and contractors would be around 70/30, respectively. 
Equally, you'll have the opportunity to value engineer projects and break specifications with some new additions to their product range. 
You'll be involved in CPD sessions for consultants and also site surveys with contractors. 

THE PERSON
A successful background in domestic or commercial heating sales. 
The ability or experience of technical specification sales. You don't have to have called on consultants before, but you must be able to present and clearly articulate the features and benefits of their product range to a technical audience.

THE PACKAGE
Basic £50K - £58K depending on experience. 
Bonus / Commission £12K. p.a. 
Company car or opt out.

25 days holiday. 

THE LOCATION
You'll be covering Central London and adjacent areas in London.  You could live in Windsor, Slough, Reading, Luton, Bishops Stortford, Chelmsford, Crawley, Romford, Woolwich, Greenwich, Peckham, Brixton, Lewisham, Dartford, Bromley, or Croydon.  Ideally you should live up to 45 min from Central London on a train.
