Air Conditioning & Refrigeration background
* Due to internal growth and expansion, we are seeking to talk to experienced Service Managers to take control of a large and successful engineering team.
* Delivering a yearly target, you'll be responsible for working with internal teams and external customers to aid growth targets.
* Liaising closely with a large team of engineers and supervisors to ensure the department is providing the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and profitability and internal staff are being developed accordingly.
* Overseeing any operational issues that are escalated.
* Managing internal and admin support staff on provision of service quotations, renewals, warranties and invoicing.
* Providing regular reports on the department.
* Experience required in the management of service operations.
* Technical engineering background in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
* Proven track record of delivering commercial targets and development of customer accounts.
* Excellent organisational skills to balance many different aspects of your role.
A basic salary up to £60k, company car/allowance, bonus and excellent benefits package.
Working in the Leeds office 2-3 days per week, you'll ideally be based within an hour of the office.
Suitable locations include: Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Harrogate.
