Job description
Do you enjoy helping M&E Consultants with VRF designs? This job could be perfect for you. You'll be left alone, but well supported, if you need it. You'll have a very knowledgeable team around you. And you can make some good commission. We're looking for a Specification Sales Engineer required for a growing Air Conditioning and Renewables company. Your area will be Greater London and the surrounding counties, i.e. Colchester, Watford, Oxford, Reading, Crawley, Dartford. Basic to £60K, Commission to £25K.The Benefits of the Company - Specification Sales Engineer.
*This client has a low staff turnover because they look after their staff. Examples are: medical insurance for staff and putting staff members on college courses.
*This Sales role is attractive as there is an uncapped commission system where the highest earner is getting £40K per annum (paid quarterly) ontop of their basic in commission payments.
*You'll have a great boss, who will support you technically, and motivate you, but after you've hit your target - your target won't be doubled, he'll discuss a sensible target with you.
The Role - Specification Sales Engineer.
*The Specification Sales Engineer's role is to identify M&E Consultants in the London and South East area who have projects that require Air Conditioning or Renewable technology, focused on VRF projects.
*Then it will be about building a relationship with the M&E Consultant and helping them design and select the right kit for the project.
*Once the project has been designed it will be about passing over the project to the Contractor sales engineer who will get the project over the line with the Contractors.
The Person - Specification Sales Engineer.
*VRF knowledge and knowledge of M&E Consultants in the London and/or South East.
*This is a technical role where you will be expected to do design and selection.
The Package - Specification Sales Engineer.
Basic to £60K - depending on experience
Commission c 10K - £20K depending on performance, paid quarterly
Company car (BMW 330e level) or opt out
