Commercial Heating and Renewables Specification Sales Engineer required for a well established, financially stable and cash rich HVAC company. Ideally located in: Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds area. Basic to £52K OTE £70K.
Helping to specify a range of commercial heating and renewable products with M&E Consultants.
Identifying and building relationships with consultants.
Understanding what projects they have on that are relevant to you projects.
Gaining specification for your products in their designs.
Handing over the specification to other ASM's who negotiate the order.
Helping to defend specification where relevant.
Conducting CPDs to M&E Consultants.
There are no call ratio's however the last person who did this role did around 10 calls per week on a busy week and 5 on a quieter week. During COVID times, this could be online.
Experience of calling on M&E Consultants.
Product knowledge isn't as important as customer knowledge. They have great training facilities to impart that knowledge.
A successful sales background.
Basic £45K - £52K - depending on experience.
Bonus to £20K
Company car. A wide car policy e.g. BMW 330e
25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
The role covers from the M62 up to and including Scotland. The focus of your work will be in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds area.
