Thornhvac recently launched its latest survey of HVAC employees to find out which manufacturers they perceive as being the best to work for.

As a niche recruitment consultancy specialising in placing talented HVAC candidates with companies throughout the UK we regularly conduct research like this to gain a deeper understanding of the sector and a barometer of opinion from those working in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industries.

Who are the front runners in 2018?

We have analysed the data collected so far over the first few weeks since our research project was launched and there are already some clear front runners.

The top four manufacturers most frequently named by respondents are Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Worcester Bosch and Vaillant.

Other prominent players include Remeha, Viessmann, Airedale and Flakt Woods.

Over 25 other companies have been named in the survey with the gap between all of them being narrow and the final results could bring some last minute surprises.

What makes these companies the best?

The top 3 reasons for choosing a company as the best to work for are currently:

  1. Best products
  2. Best service or technical support
  3. Strongest brand

Good management and product availability are also ranking highly but all that could change as we receive more data.

There is still time to have your say in our survey to find the best HVAC manufacturers to work for in the UK. We will be keeping the survey open until September 1. There are only 4 short questions to answer and the survey can be accesses here:

If you know someone who works in the HVAC sector who could contribute to the research please forward this link to them and invite them to complete the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Thornhvac-Best-Hvac-2018

The survey is anonymous. However, if you would like to be entered into a prize draw to win £50 of Amazon vouchers please leave your details and we will also send you a copy of the results.
