Are you a Projects Manager or Application Engineer looking to progress into a Technical Sales role? We're looking for a company that has a track record of successfully developing Technical Engineers into Sales people. We're looking for a Specification Sales Engineer for one of the fastest growing Air Conditioning and Renewables companies in the country currently, ideally based in Croydon, Crawley, Southampton, Guildford, Romford, Woking or London with a basic to £64K + Bonus & Car.THE BENEFITS OF THE COMPANY - Specification Sales Engineer

THE ROLE - Specification Sales Engineer
*Identifying and tracking Air Conditioning and Renewables projects at Design stage.
*Helping consultants design VRF, Chillers, Heat Pumps and a range of other highly efficient Air Conditioning and Ventilation products.
*Working with the internal design team.
*Doing CPD's
*Tracking projects and passing them over to the Contractor sales team.
*Entertaining where necessary.
*Attending exhibitions.
THE PERSON - Specification Sales Engineer
Essential:
* Detailed knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning products (Splits, VRF, Chillers)
* Experience in one of the following or similar roles: Project Manager, Estimator, Application Engineer or Contract Manager ideally in the air conditioning or renewables sector.
* Some experience in dealing with customers.
* A resilient, determined and positive outlook, capable of building strong relationships.
* Capable of doing presentations to customers. If you don't have good presentation skills, you'll need to be willing and capable of learning this.
