A flair for sales
Essentially, recruitment in our specialist field is a business development role and we are looking for someone who is already showing promise in a sales or marketing role. It’s our job to find the right people for jobs in the HVAC sector and we pride ourselves on finding quality candidates rather than sending large quantities of CVs and applicants. Working for a niche practice like ours means you will gain specialist knowledge and deal with leading companies and organisations in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sectors.
This role involves working on the whole recruitment cycle and our consultants spend a lot of time making calls to candidates and clients, and advertising market vacancies. Expertise on the phone and strong communication are among the skills we are looking for in this role.
Networking & building relationships
Building connections, negotiating, problem solving and engaging with clients and candidates is a core part of our work, so we are looking for confident, outgoing individuals who can develop business relationships in the market. Our clients are looking for experienced sales and engineering talent and it’s our job to deliver successful recruitment solutions.
Develop your skills
As a trainee recruitment consultant, we are dedicated to advancing your skills. We deliver a full induction and training programme in all of the support and front-line functions of the business before you take up the baton yourself.
